who we are

The Pathways Project

More than just a program—it’s a movement to support young athletes aged 15–22 as they explore life beyond football. Whether you’re still playing or thinking about what’s next, we’re here to guide you with structure, purpose, and opportunity.

WhyITStarted

Founded by pro footballer Jeremie Frimpong, Pathways was inspired by his own teammates—players who struggled after football. Jeremie created Pathways to offer the support many never had.

WhatWe offer

We empower you through mentorship, mental health support, hands-on experience, and career coaching—unlocking paths into industries like tech, finance, music, property, gaming, and more.

HowWeWork

We team up with clubs, players (past and present), and companies across industries to bridge the gap between sport and career—so your football journey becomes your advantage.

your

skills matter

From discipline to resilience, the qualities you’ve built on the pitch are powerful. We help you apply them where they matter next.
