We visited these professional clubs to speak directly with young players about life beyond football. Over 60 players took part in the sessions, where we had open, honest conversations about alternative pathways.
We also engaged with parents and club managers, helping build a shared understanding of how to support players on and off the pitch. These sessions sparked powerful dialogue and planted the seeds for long-term planning beyond football.
