The Pathways Tournament 2025 was our first international event combining football and careers — connecting players, employers, and communities across four countries in two weekends.
While the tournament brought excitement on the pitch, the real impact was off it. Young players engaged directly with top brands to explore career paths beyond football — through networking sessions, brand activations, and real conversations.
With over 2,500 attendees
The event sparked strong outcomes:
